Do you remember the first time you took a hike in the woods? Do you remember the excitement, the mystery, the fear? The cathartic abilities of nature are without match, which is why I want to help people get outdoors. This summer I will be climbing Mt. Rainier with the Summit For Someone Program. SFS uses the monies raised to fund outdoor programs for inner-city, at-risk teens. With your help and my summit attempt, the SFS program will reach teens nationwide providing them the unparallelled experience of connecting with nature.
