On The Road

Each week I haul a 1200 lb trailer, loaded with kayaks, apparel, and accessories, throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states visiting lovely small towns and lively, local retail businesses. Who could ask for anything more? My only regret is the amount of fuel I burn in the process. I envy Josh Tickell, from the documentary Fuel, who found a way to convert his vehicle to bio-diesel fuel. In the movie, he tours the country speaking about the evils of fossil fuels, while stopping at fast-food restaurants to fuel up on their used deep-fry cooking oil. I highly recommend it. Anyone have any suggestions on how to be more fuel-efficient?
